As a leader there are multiple occasions in our professional life when it is the first time that we are facing a situation, or perhaps as we have promoted and are more senior, we sense that we could benefit from help to overcome real time transitions, changes, management and leadership challenges. The objective here is to support you tactically in a way that helps you feel empowered, with options and in control.
Each coach has a past experience that underpins their coaching. In my case prior to coaching and consulting I have 15 years of Human Resources experience in Financial Services industry, specifically in Investment Banking. As a previous EMEA Head of Recruitment for revenue generation areas I have dealt with very complex regulated hires into banking, complex compensation and legal aspects, and as a Business Partner I have dealt with people strategy, performance and HR support, talent & talent reviews, managing global expatriate staff (expats) to name some core areas. On a personal basis I have lived in 5 countries and worked with 51 countries in EMEA and the USA, so I also have extensive global exposure.
All of this means that I am in a very good position to help you feel supported through situations that you may encounter on your journey as a global leader. I am an independent person on your side to help you feel more empowered and on the way to a more successful outcome.

Typically 6-12 months
Individual coaching is adapted to the individual and what area they want to work on or a goal they want to achieve. Sometimes we are not sure about what is the goal that we want to work on, we simply know that something is not working or we may need clarity. All these are valid starting points for individual coaching.
The objective of the coaching can be either more transactional (for instance: solving a specific problem at work, dealing with a career crisis or change) or transformational (for instance - becoming a better leader, re-designing your career), the client sets the agenda here.
Over the years I have developed my own methodology to help my clients achieve their goals focussing on what I call the 3Ps: (1) Purpose, (2) Potential, (3) Performance. In my experience, exploring these three pillars enhance self knowledge, personal empowerment and high-performance.

Become a high-performing team
Single/Multiple sessions to address team situations
Group coaching with Angie
Team coaching is adapted to the needs and circumstances of a particular team at the time when we are working together.
The objective of the coaching can be more transactional (for instance - dealing with some team crisis, understanding each other better as a team) or transformational (for instance - becoming a high-performing team).
Angie will work with the leadership of the team to review strategy, agree the desired outcome and she will propose a bespoke programme or session that is tailored to the needs of the team.

Bespoke solutions can be single sessions, programmes (multiple sessions), trainings, or even short-term projects with a particular focus adapted to your needs.
