About Angie

As a believer in human potential, Angie describes her mission as helping others develop their potential and experience authentic success.

Having worked in Investment Banking for 15 years and then later shifting to working for herself, Angie understands the demands of different work environments and how our decisions and personal balance have an impact on personal and team performance.

Angie started her Executive Coach journey in 2014 and during this time she has worked with leaders across different industries (investment banking, fintech, telecoms, manufacturing, etc), and at different levels: from corporate leaders to founders and entrepreneurs. She has coached both individuals and teams. She can support self-discovery, development, and introspection through challenging limiting beliefs to creating environments and using tools like HOGAN, DISC or any other that can be useful to the coaching process.

As a corporate leader and a consultant, Angie’s draws on 20 years of experience in people related jobs, developing and executing strategic talent and performance related roles and projects.

Angie holds a MA in Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University and a bachelor’s degree in Translation & Interpreting from the Universitat Jaume I in Spain. She is a Chartered Member MCIPD (UK). She is a Certified Life & Personal Performance Coach by The Coaching Academy (UK). She is certified in assessment by SHL, and in psychometric tools like HOGAN and DISC. She is currently pursuing the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Credentialling at level 2/PCC, given to coaches who have at least 500 hours of coaching.

Originally from Spain, she has lived and worked in 5 countries: Spain, The Netherlands, UK, Uganda, Kenya, which has contributed to her understanding of working practices, values systems and leadership across countries and cultures. She is married to a Kenyan national and has two sons. She currently lives in Winchester UK where she leads a life where there is space for what she values most: a meaningful and fulfilling job helping others, being present in her family and enjoying the privileged English countryside and heritage.
