My work as a Coach

I am Certified Coach helping individuals and teams perform/work in alignment with fulfilment and balance. My original coaching certification is in Performance Coaching by The Coaching Academy UK.

After 15 years in HR in Investment Banking in London, 8 years ago I founded Garcia Forner Consulting Ltd and since then I has provided Coaching & Consulting services, based initially in Kenya and UK currently, however I also works across globally in a remote manner.

Individual coaching is adapted to the individual and what they want to work on, however a lot of the work could be grouped under what I call The 3Ps: (1) Purpose, (2) Potential, (3) Performance. In my experience as a coach, exploring these three pillars enhance self knowledge, personal empowerment and high-performance.

Team Coaching

Team coaching is adapted to the needs and circumstances of a particular team at the time when we are working together. Angie will work with the leadership of the team to review strategy, desired outcome and she will propose a bespoke programme that is tailored to the team’s needs.
